Annette is the Programme Manager of Elements, overseeing personal training and fitness classes with a holistic approach to physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Annette holds a first-class BSc in Sports Studies from the University of Essex and an MSc in Chronic Disease Management from St. Mary’s University. She is qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, Group Indoor Cycling, Zumba, and Fitness Pilates.

Together with a team of experienced local specialists, Annette has created Elements at The Manor, offering a range of high-quality and inclusive fitness sessions for both resident guests and local visitors. Whether you’re looking for a high-energy Boxfit session or a gentle Hatha Yoga class, there’s something for everyone. If you’re new to fitness, we recommend starting with Pilates or Yoga to build confidence and strength.
