The beautiful renovation and redecoration of Manor Cottage was completed in April 2022, undertaken in a way that ensures the cottage retains it’s privacy whilst benefiting from being located on the serene and private Little Massingham Manor estate.
A perfect base, to both relax on the tranquil, exclusive grounds of the estate and explore the many wonderful areas across the North Norfolk Coastline. The award winning beaches of Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the Sea are a 20 minute drive away. Sandringham and Houghton Hall with their fabulous exhibitions are just down the road.
Relax in the glorious wood burning hot-tub, whilst admiring the serene gardens, woodland and wild meadows of the estate. An abundance of wonderful wildlife to try and spot as another magnificent Norfolk sunset arrives – deer, hare, badger, hedgehog currently frequent visitors.
The cottage has been beautifully decorated, creating a calming atmosphere to relax in. That relaxing environment is felt as you walk into the lounge from the entrance hall. Off the lounge, you will find a modern and well-equipped kitchen.
Manor Cottage has 3 bedrooms - two very comfortable large bedrooms have been beautifully furnished and add to the tranquil feel. The third bedroom being a twin room has adult sized bunkbeds. (1 en-suite and 2 sharing a bathroom) The dedicated work space, set up with desk and ergonomic chair, is found between the rooms.
The back door leads out onto the patio, where you will find outdoor seating, a charcoal bbq and the hot-tub. The back garden is now maturing into a lovely private space, with lots of room for children to play in. Guests are free to wander through the calming meadows and woodland on the Little Massingham Manor estate.
