All prices include reasonable use of consumables (electricity/gas, water and oil)
Arrival and departures times will be stated at time of booking
No smoking, no pets
Damage deposit must be provided prior to arrival
Property must be left clean and tidy at end of hire period
All outside doors and windows must be locked on departure
Recommend hirers to take out booking cancellation insurance
The contract entered into is between the owner of the holiday accommodation and the holiday maker (The Hirer). The contract is only effective once full payment has been received, and funds have cleared.

Vouchers to be redeemed within 6 months of purchase
Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit
Vouchers are to be used by the individual to whom it is issued
If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment
Norfolk Bound reserves the right to cancel this certificate if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control

For holiday lets and B&B – Full refund 1 day prior to arrival
For retreats and group stays in LMM – Full refund 1 month prior to arrival. Within a month of arrival, 50% will be returned.
