Using the Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine products to improve the skin's hydration, firmness and elasticity. This soothing, relaxing facial will significantly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Kim Byrne, head Therapist / Manager

Kim is a holistic therapist with over 20 years experience in the spa and beauty industry and founder of Blossom & Botanics Relax at Home.

She is excited to offer you a range of truly relaxing, stress relieving holistic spa treatments in the beautiful setting here at Little Massingham Manor.

Her treatments include massage, lava shell massage, facials, Indian head massage and reflexology. All of the treatments have been designed to unwind, de-stress and relax your mind, body and soul and as an aromatherapist, Kim likes to use essential oils in her treatments to further benefit both the physical body and emotional wellbeing.

The products used during Kims treatments are all natural and where possible organic and either handmade by herself or are from the beautiful Neal’s Yard organic skincare range.

Hi I’m Hannah and I’m a holistic therapist. I have worked in the industry for over 13 years.

I have come from a spa background and specialise in relaxing treatments, like massage and facials.

My favourite part of my job is seeing my clients leave much calmer, relaxed and restored, than when they arrived. My goal is always to provide a tranquil and relaxing environment, listen to my clients needs and for you to leave feeling pampered!

I offer a range of treatments designed to help you truly unwind. Using nourishing aromatherapy oils, my massages are tailored to ease tension and restore balance. I also provide soothing Indian Head Massage - perfect for calming both body and mind.

For mums-to-be past the first trimester, my pregnancy massage offers gentle relief and much-needed relaxation at a time when self-care is more important than ever. Time dedicated just to you.

And then there are facials - my personal favourite to deliver. I use Tropic Skincare, a beautiful range that’s natural, freshly made here in the UK, organic, vegan and cruelty-free - because your skin deserves the very best.

Emily Self Aesthetics opened in 2021. Aesthetics has always heightened my curiosity and after a year working through the coronavirus I took the leap to start my own business alongside my work within the NHS. Aesthetics is an extension of my passion for the skin and as part of my role as an aesthetic clinician I will be encouraging my patients to look after their skin as this is an organ we often take for granted. I have an increased interest in the medical side of aesthetics including acne, problem skin and scarring. Annette is the Programme Manager of Elements, overseeing personal training and fitness classes with a holistic approach to physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Annette holds a first-class BSc in Sports Studies from the University of Essex and an MSc in Chronic Disease Management from St. Mary’s University. She is qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, Group Indoor Cycling, Zumba, and Fitness Pilates.

Together with a team of experienced local specialists, Annette has created Elements at The Manor, offering a range of high-quality and inclusive fitness sessions for both resident guests and local visitors.
