Molly enjoys exercising regularly and has personally seen the negative impact that injuries can have on individuals, and recreational and professional athletes. Molly believes that the importance of understanding the cause of these issues and minor injuries is overlooked and also needs addressing. This is incorporated through assessing, treating, and providing remedial exercises and advice to help clients return to their sport and everyday activities.

Andrew’s background is care, he has worked with adults with disabilities and now works with children in residential care.
Many years ago he started receiving spiritual healing, later he felt he could help others by learning and giving this in the same way he has experienced. He then discovered reiki healing and went on to enrol in the relevant training and started off practicing on friends and family receiving positive feedback. Once he had gained more experience, he completed the practitioner level and launched his business called Andrew’s reiki healing. I have enjoyed participating in yoga all over the world, influenced by teachings in Malaysia, Italy & USA.
I particularly enjoy the vinyasa style, because of the fluidity between the postures. I like to include arm stands in my own practice.
I am a trained nurse & midwife & worked for the NHS for 36 years.
My career as a midwife gives me an understanding of women’s health issues & the importance of including pelvic floor exercises in my yoga classes.
Most importantly I incorporate a playful, fun approach to yoga & enjoy being upside down.
Rhea has been interested in health, fitness, and wellbeing from a young age.
From completing Sports in high school and college, to gaining a first-class BSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from university.
Alongside her degree she has gained qualifications in Level 2 Fitness Instructing, and Level 3 Personal Training.
Rhea has always wanted to be able to help people grow in confidence with their fitness and health. She will be supporting Elements with fitness classes throughout the week.
