Ren Brodzka (a Wim Hof Method qualified instructor) with a shared mission with Wim Hof to bring happiness, health and strength to people will bring the theory and practice of the method to Little Massingham Manor. A method that is now hugely popular worldwide, and focuses on breathwork and cold water exposure. The Wim Hof Method has a number of both physical and psychological benefits, and Ren brings an inspiring approach to the method (having a very personal story behind her passion in the approach).
The theory sessions will take place in the studio space, and the cold water exposure in the ice bath within the woodland spa. Weather permitting, there will be walks through the woodland trails and other outdoor activities. Little Massingham Manor is the ideal venue for being at one with nature, and we are looking forward to our guests experiencing that with Ren.
