Last week marked a truly special milestone for us at Little Massingham Manor - our very first Wedding Showcase!
Set within our Garden Room and the surrounding manor grounds, the day brought together an incredible collective of local wedding suppliers. Each one poured their creativity and passion into showcasing what’s possible for future couples who choose Little Massingham as their wedding venue.
From breathtaking floral installations and elegant tablescapes, to styling and catering that looked almost too beautiful to eat, every detail reflected the spirit of collaboration that makes Norfolk’s wedding community so unique.
For us, the showcase wasn’t just about the décor or design - it was about connection. We were uplifted by the camaraderie, the laughter, and the genuine desire among every supplier to support one another’s growth. It reminded us why we love this industry and why we’re so excited to welcome couples to celebrate their love here. Take a look at the list of suppliers who made our day so special below:
@cherrelleblakephotography - Cherrelle - Photographer - Just wow! Cherrelle, you gave everything you had for this shoot! Cherrelle was in the middle of a house move that week so had LOTS going on personally, but after witnessing the work by Cherrelle from previous shoots at the Manor, we knew we needed her back! Cherrelle dedicated time and effort in the lead up to the day, liasing with Nicola (organiser!) on a daily basis, ensuring the vision we had would come to life through carefully planned location and inspo shots. Cherrelle has a great way of directing but in an encouraging and friendly way, making everyone involved feel confident with what they were doing and even more confident with the end result! There’s a real warmth in the way Cherrelle works - every couple she photographs feels seen, relaxed, and completely themselves. @magicalmomentsbyrhianna - Rhianna - Content Creator - We were blown away by the content Rhianna captured for us! Rhianna had such a great way of being there for every angle/shot, but in a way which was discreet and relaxing to work alongside! The way Cherrelle and Rhianna worked together felt seamless, knowing each other's next moves and ensuring every part of the shoot and the suppliers' hard work was showcased beautifully! This was the first time we have worked with Rhianna and it won't be the last! Content creators are hugely beneficial to get those BTS and 'close up' moments which often people love to have as part of their big day! @wildoakworkshops - Katie - Wild Florist - Wonderful Katie! Where do we even begin with the sheer level enthusiam and dedication which went into Katie's wild floral displays for this shoot. Katie's passion and love for floral arrangements and nature-led design is something which everyone needs to exprience in some way or another. Katie’s deep knowledge of flowers and the natural world is something we often draw on here at Little Massingham Manor. Her creativity and flair align beautifully with our ongoing vision - to bring people together through nature-led experiences and to highlight the positive impact that connecting with nature can have on our wellbeing and mental health. The breif 'English Country Garden' was more than fulfilled with those incredible roses and more! Katie, you make every project together feel like a party, a celebration...and you have the best way of making all of our suppliers feel welcome and valued! @norfolk.dreamscapes - Sophia & Gemma - Floral Artists - What a duo! Sophia & Gemma visited us for the first time last week and the Manor grounds were a playground for them to style with their incredible silk floral arrangements and installs! We were so excited to see how the ladies from Norfolk Dreamscapes would incorporate the silk flowers in with Katie's wild bunches, and the end result was absolutely breathtaking! The flowers brought elegance and a luxe-style to the shoot, showing off areas and corners of the grounds which before, felt like they didn't have their moment to shine! We particularly loved the archway install, which we all agreed would be the perfect spot for pictures with the bride and groom! Sophia & Gemma walked into the shoot with the biggest smiles, bundles of energy and really brought us all together with their presence. These ladies are huge cheerleaders of other wedding suppliers, and helped us out massively with recommendations and names we can connect with. @goldsmithsevents - Charlene - Event Styling & Decor - What can we say about Charlene! Just THE most chilled out, easy-going person to work with. And in the wedding scene, isn't that just what we're all looking for? Charlene jumped in, took control of the brief and made recommendations which completely transformed the garden studio into a wedding venue. Charlene really does know how to make a space look totally different and yet ensure we don't lose our identity as a venue. She was super friendly, organised and dedicated! We really loved how excited and supportive she was for us as a new venue. This meant so much being new to the scene and we can't wait to work with Charlene more. The props, centrepieces, draping, chair décor, and every detail came together to form the foundation of the shoot - and we truly believe it wouldn’t have been nearly as beautiful without you. This team really have made quite the name for themselves in the catering scene - and we were honoured to have them with us for this big leap into the wedding scene as a new venue. From setup to service, they brought professionalism, warmth, and a smile to every corner of the shoot. The presentation of their dishes was as beautiful as it was delicious - and we loved seeing the manor’s space come alive through their catering.
