Our stunning venue blends modern design with a serene backdrop of 63 acres of meadows, woodland and formal gardens - offering the perfect setting not only for a well-earned break with friends and family, but for team meetings, strategy sessions, and networking events with your colleagues!

With 6 elegant Manor Bedrooms and 4 Self-Catering Lodges, our accommodation provides comfort and flexibility for any stay. Depending on sleeping arrangements, parties of 20-30 guests can be accommodated across the estate. Guests can also enjoy our Woodland Spa & Gym, partake in Fitness Classes, or unwind in the Beauty Rooms.

Purpose Built Studio

Little Massingham Manor has a brand new (for June 2024) purpose built studio nestled within the grounds. A wonderfully spacious interior, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.

This offers beautiful views of the landscaped gardens, creating an environment that inspires creativity, collaboration, and relaxation! The space works equally well for a business lunch for 30 people, as it does for a boardroom/event.

Newly Designed Kitchen

Our newly designed kitchen within the Manor is ideal for cooking demonstrations and chef's table type experiences. As food lovers here at Little Massingham Manor, we are excited to host more food-related events having already launched various Supper Clubs with some incredibly talented local Michelin trained chefs.
