The Woodland Spa Day Retreat 20th July at the stunning Little Massingham Manor, Norfolk, hosted by Gemma from Bear Soul Wellbeing!

Timetable

9:30-10am Arrival (nibbles & refreshments)

10:00-1pm Woodland Spa

1:00-2:00pm 2 course lunch

2:00-3:00pm Chill time (woodland walks, sunbathe, house gardens etc)

3:00-4:00pm Outdoor Yoga & Sound Bath

4:00pm - Close with nibbles
