Pauline uses watercolour paints to show you the 'quick and easy' way to paint flowers or animals.

Try out the unique brushes using some of the techniques of Chinese brush painting to explore your own style and create your own paintings. This simplest of the techniques can enhance your freedom of brushwork for your future. Developing into acrylic works or even oils. This will surprise and delight you during your experience of this art form (beginners or advance painters welcome!)

Pauline has had many of this style of work commissioned by companies such as ‘Marks & Spencer’ for their tissue boxes and ‘Ling Cards’ together with many other commercial card companies producing Pauline’s artworks for their products. Come and see what can be achieved and experience this in the most splendid surroundings of Little Massingham Manor.

Timetable

9.30-45am - Arrival for tea/coffee before we start
10am - Introduction to the techniques and demonstration by Pauline
11.15am - Refreshments break
11.30am - Continue experimenting with this unique form of painting
1-2pm - Light lunch served in the Manor breakfast room
2-4pm - Continue painting, with end of day review
