This Retreat has been created for you to escape the daily routine of life. Giving you the time, space and guidance to address issues you maybe having in your menopause journey.
Enjoy the peace and beauty of the Autumn countryside and treat yourself to the luxurious surroundings of Massingham Manor, Yoga studio and it’s woodland spa.
Meet like minded women and accredited teachers in Menopause Yoga and Nutrition.

The Menopause Yoga workshops opens with a women circle, a safe place to share, listen and empathise. We then look at the many symptoms of peri and post menopause, understanding and finding solutions.
The 90 min yoga class will take specific symptoms and guide you through asanas, breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques.
The workshops will be based on the hormonal fluctuations and the cellular changes taking place in the body. If there is a fear or resistance to these changes, or a woman is unable to take the time out to care for herself at this transformational time. Then it can create friction that expresses itself as emotional heat. The first session will be looking at relieving symptoms of hot flushes, anger, and irritability. The second session would be focusing on fatigue, loss of vitality and low mood.
