We are delighted to now welcome guests for both leisure and exclusive corporate or group bookings, with 6 beautiful guest bedrooms within the Manor itself and 4 charming guest lodges dotted throughout the grounds. Additionally, we have a further double and twin bedroom within the Manor available occasionally for private hire, perfect for those needing extra space or flexibility.

In addition to this, The Apartment offers a private haven within the Manor - complete with its own stylish lounge, kitchenette, bathroom, and luxurious bedroom. It's the perfect space for couples seeking a more self-contained stay, bridal parties preparing for their big day, or anyone looking for a little extra privacy while enjoying the estate’s facilities.

Many of the original features remain, but they are now complemented by modern and stylish bathrooms and kitchen. Surrounded by fields and farmland, it offers spectacular panoramic countryside views.

No 1 Bluestone retains much of it’s original Norfolk brick and flint charm, and has been designed to make full use of it’s large open plan interior areas and sublime views out to the surrounding countryside.

The Old Barn Gallery, Little Snoring

3 en-suite bedrooms, Sleeps 6 guests, Self-catering

The Old Barn Gallery was converted alongside The Old Grain Barn back in 2016. It was wonderfully designed to retain many of it’s original features, whist generating a cosy, homely and luxurious charm. The high ceilings and window designs ensure that daylight floods the property, and creates an airy and roomy feeling across the barn which is all on ground level.

Jacobs Hut

Starting with the shell of a traditional Shepherd’s Hut, what has been created has gone way beyond that! Both the interior and exterior have been very cleverly designed to make full use of the surroundings, and have been built largely with wood sourced from the grounds and locally.

Formerly a disused log-shed, Nutkin cottage was completed in May 2022, and has become a firm favourite with many already. Our guests are calling out Nutkin as the perfect countryside retreat for couples – a true escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

The Coach House is a converted Norfolk brick and flint property, that was finished to an exceptionally high standard in 2022. It was designed to showcase many of its lovely original features, whilst boasting large open plan areas that get bathed in daylight. Stylish modern bathrooms with rainwater type showers compliment the homely living areas that have been created.
