We start at 10am with a cuppa and then the day begins with lots of info., top tips and handouts and you go home with a Hormone Supportive Recipe Booklet
I will demonstrate the recipes for the day’s 2 course lunch and you indulge in these delights in the beautiful breakfast room, overlooking the delightful, sweeping grounds of the Manor
In the afternoon, after lunch you will have an hour of Hormone Supporting Yoga with a supreme yoga teacher Sarah Honey-Knights bring your yoga mat (we will bring spare mats if you need one) and wear comfortable clothing – this will be very easy yoga movements, to give you an insight into more hormone supporting things you can do for the health of your whole body
Finish with a hormone health promoting cuppa and cake – yes a cake that fits the message of the day – to send you home feeling relaxed and supported with lots of knowledge to help you stay that way !
