Details
Mindful drawing is an atelic activity, something that doesn’t derive it’s value from the outcome but the joy of doing it. It focuses on patterns, lines, shapes and colours, but there are no rules, it’s a simple form of creative expression. Mindful drawing is a fantastic way to bring calm and peace through creativity while sharing the experience with others in a relaxing environment.
The workshop provides an opportunity to explore creativity and be immersed in a creative activity without fear, judgment or pressure to create a masterpiece. It is not a paint by numbers exercise, everyone ends up with their own unique piece that is not comparable to anyone else's.
I teach the base techniques, patterns and methods and guide you through the session, and hopefully you’ll leave feeling calm, creatively fulfilled and armed with a new skill.
