You will learn to handle this versatile and forgiving medium in this fascinating and confidence building workshop. We will cover painting skies, aerial perspective and how to bring light and shade into a painting. We aim to have a finished painting by the end of the day.

For any painting queries Izy will be happy to answer your questions.

There will be a maximum of 10 students attending the day. The teaching is designed for beginners but improvers are welcome. Your materials for the day are included.

This is a studio-based workshop.

Timetable

0915 Arrive at the Manor where you will be greeted by Izy Fitzgerald Carter.
0930 - 1000 Refreshments and an introduction to the format of the day by Izy.
1000 - 1300 Painting.
1300 - 1400 Lunch specially prepared for you by our in-house chef.
1400 – 1630 Painting.
1630 - 1700 A quick review of the day and time for packing up your paintings.
